I am an early user but sadly I am just being active with adfly recently. Adfly is worth it if you want a passive income. Its not worth it for active income. Meaning that you need to automate. The best way is to put adfly link in a blog/blogpost with steady traffic. Avoid spamming at all cost.
Already take a look at those two blog. The 1000 clicks blog are awesome! But you need to promote the blog so that its get a lot of visitors.

Hi, it is quite easy to put adfly ads in blog. You need to remember that, adfly is based on shortened link.
1. You can put any link shortened with adfly in a blog post
2. Or for a blog you can use website entry script
3. Or Adfly full page script for outgoing link ( all outgoing link will be changed to adfly link )
4. You can put adfly link in the sidebar too.
