Adfly Custom Domain Name (Tested)

Adfly Introduces Adfly custom domain name in July 2013. I just tried the adfly custom domain name today 1st of August 2012. This is a very good feature. Progressive move by adfly team.

By using adfly custom domain name or custom subdomain, we enjoy several benefits like this:

• Website branding - My blog adflytutor.com link is http://www.adflytutor.com, my adfly link to google.com can now be branded as goto.adflytutor.com/ 
• example: Original Link: http://Google.com , branded adfly link: http://goto.adflytutor.com/1

• Greater number of clicks - according to adfly, people are starting to associate an adf.ly link with advertising and dont want to click.Its just logical. However at the same time, the branding factor also will increase click. This is yet to be tested.

• Hopefully can post on facebook - Adfly are blocked on facebook and maybe other sites too. However using custom domain hopefully, we can post on facebook. However, in my opinion please do not spam, or else i fear that our domain will be blocked on facebook. 

Proven! 

There are many more configuration can be used to brand the blog, like changing logo and header colour. Still yet to be explored. Hopefully by using adfly custom domain, we now can make more money compared to before. 

What you need?

In order to utilize this function, you need to have your domain and of course the know-how on how to implement it. I will make a tutorial on how to implement the adfly custom domain name.I use namecheap, and host this blog at blogger. The tutorial will be based on namecheap configuration.
